Payment Policy

Please be advised that we will only despatch goods once full payment has been received and the funds cleared for both the item and the shipping.

We are currently under the VAT threshold and as a result this will not be added to your order at this time.

Please be advised that all local customs duties need to be paid by the purchaser and that we will declare the true nature and value of the goods when shipped for both customs and insurance purposes.

Shipping Policy

Unless otherwise agreed we will always send your purchase by Recorded Delivery, Parcelforce or another similar tracked postage or courier service. We do this so that you are able to track your package and we are able to confirm safe receipt to you. If we agree to send a shipment by standard postage or uninsured then it is assumed that the purchaser accepts that any breakage or loss once it has been given to the courier will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please be advised that the postage prices quoted on our website are for despatch to the United Kingdom, please ensure that you contact us for a quote if you wish us to post to an address outside of the United Kingdom.

In the event that the item is returned to us through no fault of our own (for example if you provide us with the wrong address) then we will give you the opportunity to have the item resent, however the purchaser will be expected to burden the additional costs associated with resending. If the purchaser does not wish to have the item resent or it is sent back a second time we reserve the right to retain the item and any funds already received during the transaction.

Please note that Royal Mail will not allow us to send items by Recorded Delivery to an international PO Box. If you wish to send an item to an international PO Box address, please ensure you contact us in order to discuss your shipping needs.

Refund Policy

Our business is in rare, beautiful and unique items and that does mean that if an item is broken in transit we will normally be unable to replace it however sometimes we maybe able to offer something similar.

We sell real vintage items and as a result they will often show signs of age and wear, (this is probably one of the reasons we buy vintage as it gives the item character) and we always describe or show any defects which may affect your enjoyment of the item. Therefore refunds will only be given in the event that an item differs fundamentally from its description (please note pictures also form part of the description so make sure you look at all of them) and we reserve the right to ask for photographs of the item to ascertain the nature of the fault in question.

If we wish the goods to be returned we reserve the right to withhold a refund until we have received the goods and the situation is to our satisfaction.
