This eye catching tie was made in the late 1930s / early 1940s from a fine quality silk. It is decorated with cream and silver leaves on a chromed burgundy background. The interlining was fashioned from a white silk and the tail has a makers label for Mullen & Bluett, a well known specialist menswear store.
